Nous avons commandé une table d'hôte avec une soupe Woton, un rouleau de printemps, un poulet sauté citronelle & des pad thai.
La soupe & le rouleau étaient excellents.
Les pad thai avaient un goût inhabituel. Le fond de sauce ne correspondait pas. De plus, il y avait peu cacahuètes & pas de citron.
Pour le poulet sauté à la citronelle, accompagné de vermicelle, je m'attendais à un plat cuit au Wok. En fait, le poulet & son accompagnement baignaient dans le glutamate, qui n'est pas un ingrédient habituel de la cuisine vietnamienne. Si le menu avait été accompagné de photos, je n'aurait pas pris ce poulet sauté au glutamate.

Agréable surprise. Ce restaurant nous a été proposé par Google Maps. Les rouleaux printemps frais & délicieux. Pad thaï aux crevette pas trop épicé & portion généreuse. Pad thaï au poulet, même commentaire de mon conjoint. Prix très raisonnable. Si je passe à nouveau dans le coin, j'ai l'intention d'y retourner & essayer Poke Bowl. Je vous le recommande.

I tried the general tao & pad thai. The general tao was meh, it was crispy but there was not enough sauce & it was not very flavourful. The pad thai was decent, good portion size for the price. This restaurant caters to a specific clientele, mainly older folks that live in the area. If you fall into that category this is the place for you, otherwise there are better options in the area.
