We were served stale, leftover fries, which was extremely disappointing. The food itself was very basic, lacked flavor, & had nothing distinctive about it. In addition, the portion sizes were noticeably small, making the overall experience very unsatisfactory.
I got the veggie burger sauce was barely present burger was dry & honestly horrible, tomato was weeping & tasted mushy, the lettuce was also a sad state of affairs, burger was angrily packed by the line Cook (basically smashed into the bag). Line cook was also being verbally abusive & mean to the kind teenage cashier who helped us out, who seemed to be the only redeeming quality of the restaurant, overall paid bloated nasty prices for some kind of dry sadly assembled lentil burger at this point a & w would be better. My friend got a smash burger he also said it was dry, & the Cajun fries were over salted. Be that as it may try at your own risk.
Side note there's way to many tables & chairs in the dining room so you have to while leaving & entering move through the chairs awkwardly like some sort of maze.
It was 9:00pm me & my friensa were driving down westmount & saw this new burger place.
We walked in, all 3 ordered all cheese burgers. The girl at the front took our oder. She was nice & informative. We requested music from the ipad at the counter. As it was empty & we wanted to promote to our friends so we wanted to film the place with music.
We sat down & had just started receiving our meals when the head chef/manager suddenly approached & asked who was playing the music. He immediately turned it off & said that'cultural music cannot be played.' He then took the staff member to the cash area & confronted her aggressively. Witnessing this interaction left a very bad impression, as it was uncomfortable to see a manager speak to his team in such a hostile manner, especially in front of customers.
When the food arrived, the quality was extremely disappointing. As they were closing, instead of preparing fresh fries, we were served leftover fries that were stale, dry, & clearly not fresh. Having traveled from Dubai, where food quality & service standards are exceptionally high, this experience felt cheap & far below acceptable expectations.
Additionally, the burger buns were overly pressed, the patties were noticeably small, & the overall presentation & taste lacked quality. The experience as a whole was unpleasant, from the poor food standards to the unprofessional treatment of staff.
I would not return to this restaurant, & I would not recommend it to others-especially if you value quality food, respectful management, & a welcoming environment.
When it comes to hamburgers & fries, I am very difficult. The burger is just ok, nothing spectacular. I prefer Harveys Hamburgers. The French fries were too salty left me with a feeling of a oily pot in my belly that I had trouble to digest all day. The service is perfect, the young man at the cash even brought my tray on my table.

Too bad... the marketing is so good. Would have loved a truly good smash burger joint. Unfortunately the food is just not that good. The burgers are sorta bland. The fries are decent. The cheese sauce with the fries is sort of gross though... not at all like shake shack. It is super salty & sort of an off flavor with a poorly integrated mild spiciness.
Great spot! Took the cheeseburger & Onion rings, Was delicious! However, a bit pricey for the size & simple Cheeseburger at around 10$ & 7$ for the onion rings. They were delicious, but the quantity to price ratio was quite expensive. Paid a total of 20$ for both+ taxes & tip. Recommend for the Flavour.
Would love to go back If it becomes more affordable as a simple double cheeseburger is almost 15$💀
I really enjoyed it! The food is great, & the staff members are very kind & friendly! I loved the burger, though with the fires, I'm not sure it's just me, but I felt like it was too salty, but also not that salty. Besides that, I loved it!
