Decent burgers & good food but make sure they understand your order.

The food overall is excellent but unless one of the owners is behind the counter the services is invariably an exercise in frustration.

I think it is a mixture of poorly trained staff & the point of sale system.

Although in this last visit (Sept 2026) the girl behind the counter seemed to be having difficulty with the simplest of orders & the cook only put our onion rings in after all our other food was in the bag.

Even if you specify no burger sauce/no mayo the mayonnaise still makes it onto your burger. It happened more than once.

Much better burger than the other burger joints. The onion rings were pretty good though I couldn't finish them as they were oily. But I'd rather go here than anywhere else for a burger.

Really good burger & great selection of sauces to choose from(& self-served sauce corner, which I like)
A tad expensive for smash burgers ngl, but the onion rings are a-ma-zing! Person behind the counter was welcoming & efficient. Will be back!

Tried this new burger place today & unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to expectations.

During the peak lunch rush, the cashier stepped away to handle something at the bank, which slowed things down significantly. Then, there seemed to be some confusion around the order which ultimately had to be keyed as two separate orders, the promotion advertised online wasn't applied, & the burgers I eventually received weren't made as ordered.

As for the food quality, it was mediocre at best - soggy fries, a burger that didn't quite hit the mark, & undercooked onion rings.

Overall, it felt quite disorganized during a busy period, & the experience itself was more chaotic than enjoyable.

A good burger spot in Westmont was definitely needed, so I was excited to try this place. Unfortunately, my experience was a mixed. To start they made a mistake on my invoice. These things happen, & it was corrected swiftly. I then waited about 20 minutes for my burger.

The burger quality was okay overall, but not exceptional. The onion rings had a very thick batter, which made it hard to taste the onion itself, & the fries didn't meet expectations.

I sent a private message to share the feedback directly with the team, but I didn't receive a response.

Great spot! Took the cheeseburger & Onion rings, Was delicious! However, a bit pricey for the size & simple Cheeseburger at around 10$ & 7$ for the onion rings. They were delicious, but the quantity to price ratio was quite expensive. Paid a total of 20$ for both+ taxes & tip. Recommend for the Flavour.
Would love to go back If it becomes more affordable as a simple double cheeseburger is almost 15$💀
