Notre chef bien-aimé Germano Mustone possède une richesse de connaissances dans l'industrie culinaire.
Après quelques années en tant que pizzaiolo new-yorkais,
Germano avait pour mission de donner à l'Ouest-de-l'Île un avant-goût de l'Italie avec une touche de New York. Il insiste sur des ingrédients frais, coupés sur commande, avec une sauce italienne authentique spécialement importée et beaucoup d'amour ! Germano et le personnel souhaitent profiter de l'occasion pour remercier la communauté de soutenir notre entreprise.

Wow the pizza is absolutely delicious. Chef Germano was so kind to greet us & explained his slow rising crust & the effects on gluten intolerance… he really did "have me at pizza"! The finest of the ingredients make the pizza out of this world. Thank you such I can't wait to taste the baguette!
Our fav pizza place in town! We are obsessed with the grandma's cup & char pizza! You can taste the love & quality ingredients in your pizza. They hand make all of them & cook them to perfection, so just make sure to order in advance so that you give them the time they need! You won't be disappointed. Ps.The girls at the front are always so lovely & helpful. ☺️❤️
This is honestly some of the best pizza I've ever had. Perfectly cooked & seasoned. The people working were so kind & friendly, it made me feel like I had been a regular for years!
