I visited this restaurant today & was impressed by the exceptional service. The owner & staff were not only professional but also extremely polite & friendly. The food was outstanding; the chicken, in particular, was perfectly cooked & had a wonderful smoky flavor from the charcoal grilling. Was thoroughly disappointed in everything but the service. Overpriced & under-whelming. Ordered the 1/2 chicken, baked potatoes & salad. The white meat was too dry... & the potato (even though it was piping hot) was quite under cooked. When the butter melted it ran all over my plate, because the potato was too hard to absorb any. The sauce for the chicken was kinda bland, like a weak St. Huberts. Next time I will drive the extra few minutes & return to SCORES!View more

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Cote St-Luc BBQ! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is cozy & inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The star of the show, of course, is the food. The BBQ here is simply outstanding-tender, juicy, & bursting with flavor. We tried the brisket & ribs, & both were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of smokiness. The sides are equally impressive, with the mac & cheese & coleslaw being particular standouts. Service was prompt & attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Overall, Cote St-Luc BBQ is a must-visit for any BBQ enthusiast. Been a customer here for 20 plus years , have not been in awhile so decided to go for lunch. HORRIBLE , service slow , waitress forgot several things before our order during our order & even after our order, the chicken was fatty & disgusting. The french fries are not the same ,undercooked.. this 20+ year customer will not be returning along with family members & several friends . AMOST EVERY KETCHUP BOTTLE IN THE RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY ! Pathetic !! NOT TOO MENTION ,,OVER PRICED !! 25$ for a chicken ceasar salad !! NEVER NEVER AGAIN !! 2 legs were FATTY !!GROSS !!View more

I absolutely love this place. They slow cook the chicken using charcoal & are one of the rare restaurants that actually make their own fries. I personally love the wild rice & my friend showed me a little trick today...poor half the secret sauce (that was brought down from the heavens by Zeus himself) directly into the rice. The owners & staff are so authentic & friendly. If you have never been to Cote St Luc BBQ, grab life by the horns & get down there. This is a piece of Montreal heritage, go be a good Quebecer & give your support.View more
