The portion was more than generous - I shared it with my friend, & it was still super filling. It's healthy, fresh, & the flavors are perfectly balanced. They also have board games & plenty of seating, even though it's a small shop. Highly recommend!

Délicieux smoothie bowl, ingédients frais/ santé/ de qualité! Le latte au lait d'avoine très bon également (surprenant pour un comptoir principalement de smoothies). Les employées étaient très gentilles & patientes malgré beaucoup de clients; elles ont accepté de refaire mon café qui s'était renversé.
My new favourite spot in Griffintown, healthy & fresh options: Smoothies, toasts, acai bowls & cold pressed juices. It will definitely be my regular stop to keep me going. Friendly staff, highly recommended!
The pb & j acai bowl is awesome. Staff is quick & polite. The manager, Mathieu is very quick & likeable. Enjoy going there alot
