La nourriture est excellente, vraiment énorme, ma & ma mère sa nous a coûté un peu plus que 50$ pour avoir chacun un burger & une boisson, le resto était vide par contre les frite pas les meilleurs mais le goût des burgers était incroyable, le gars était super amicale
Today I have 2 piece fried chicken for $8.70. It is in the mid price range. The fried chicken was tender, juicy but the crispiness need a bit attention. The ambiance of the restaurant is unique on Sherbrooke with an old car sofa, to an decent seating area. The time to serve food was about 20 mins, I think this can be improved especially when the restaurant is empty. Location on Sherbrooke is convenient for students & professionals alike.
Crusty's is on our monthly restaurant tour now for the family. It is priority #1 for kids to get a dose of healthy'junk' food
The owner is very courteous & very vigilant about clients in all corners of the store. The environment is very teen-friendly & kids loved the furniture & the concept. Tables are very clean & the food was really delicious. Halal certified 100%
Super service, la dame était vraiment d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, & la nourriture était fraîche & de bonne qualité. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.
I am so disappointed in this location. I've tried twice to order through apps & both times it was canceled, so I decided to show up. Twice now I show up when they are supposed to open & there has been no one there. Posted hours don't show reality for when they are actually open.

I ordered their specialty unique Crusty's Burger 🍔 & was one of the best burgers I had really. With a very fresh seasoned home like prepared piece of meat 🍖 topped by a 1cm thick Crust covered & melted covering piece of Motzzarella cheese stuffed in a Brioche like bread bun.
It tingeled & mesmerized my taste buds...
Coupled by the perfectly 👌 fried potato 🥔 wedges, it was a superb meal for the entire 1st week of January 2026.
Please Crusty's NDG owners, keep going on this outstanding path of delicious & rightly priced meals.

I've lived near this place for the last 3 years but I've never been inside. It looks cool but it never seems to have many people so I didn't feel a big pull towards it.
Every first Wednesday of the month, my fiancée, her mom & I try a different restaurant on Sherbrooke that we've never been to, & this time it was Crustys.
We started off as the only ones there & then another couple showed up a bit after. I'm quite surprised they don't have more people honestly.
The place itself has pretty cool vibes. The decor is nice, bathrooms are clean & we were allowed to control the radio ourselves.
The lady at the counter, I think maybe the owner? Was super nice, made sure everything we ordered was correct & recommended trying different sauces for free. She even came back to our table & gave us more fries, I'm assuming so they didn't go to waste which I thought was great.
The food was quite good, I was surprised considering how quiet this place always looks. I didn't have high expectations to be honest but I'll definitely be returning. I'm not a big fries person but I really enjoyed theirs.
The food was great but just for the service, I'd highly recommend this place. She definitely knows how to make a client feel like their time in the restaurant is valued & appreciated.
