Located at the corner of Fairmount and Hutchison, La Croissanterie Figaro has been known for many years for its warm and professional service, its enchanting décor, as well as for its exquisite menu.
Whether it's for a good coffee or a drink, a delicious meal or simply to take a little break, le Figaro is without a doubt the place of choice for a relaxing time that will give you the impression of being in a pretty little "coin perdu de Paris"!
Daily "Table d'hôte" specials as well as a takeout menu available.
La Croissanterie Figaro offers a warm, intimate Parisian ambience in Montreal with vintage decor that feels like a little slice of Paris and a charming terrace for outdoor dining. Guests praise buttery, flaky croissants, delicious coffee, and a menu of comforting French bistro dishes, all served by friendly staff that make visitors feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and lively, ideal for meeting friends, catching up, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a pastry or a cup of tea, with a sense of nostalgia that many find appealing.
This place is very charming. it has enormous potential. Please bring your prices down. 10$ for a very average apple puff pastry & 7$ for a croissant is not chill. Especially given that they aren't any better than any other bakery or cafe in the area. Again, it's a beautiful place, but make it more welcoming. Not just in your pricing, but also in the service
La Croissanterie Figaro is a gem in terms of atmosphere; the Art Nouveau decor & the historic vibe truly transport you to Paris. It is a place with undeniable charm & soul.
However, for a spot that is pricier than average & always busy, the operational details should be sharper. During my visit, there were no napkins at the table, & the hand dryer in the restroom was out of order. These might seem like small things, but in a high-standard establishment in Outremont, maintenance & basic service are key to the overall experience.
I'm giving it 4 stars because I love the ambiance & want this place to thrive, but the management needs to match their beautiful aesthetic with better attention to maintenance & customer care. Hopefully, these points will be addressed soon!

Cute coffee spot, very beautiful & tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice & welcoming. Chai latte was ok. Good place to meet & catch up or read or just enjoy a tea or coffee.
Love the decor & ambiance of this place, we felt like we were in Paris! Very friendly service & delicious food! The croissants can also be ordered to go, highly recommend!
