Service was no more than OK but often the case with evening/weekend part-time workers.
The main annoyance was that they did not honor their promotion price which was 12,99$ for their daily special. They charge 13,99$ saying they haven't updated their posters. Felt cheap.
The food was fantastic! The buffalo burger was delicious - perfectly cooked, juicy, & packed with flavor.
Shoutout to Kevin for awesome service too. Attentive, friendly, & made the whole experience even better.

Worst chicken strips ever, old chicken very very dry. More batter than chicken, no seasoning the fries are thin & old with no salt. Garlic sauce looks like from Amir. The girls worked with no hairnet. The chairs were dirty & sticky. Disgusting, NEVER AGAIN .
I had a great experience at Crispyz restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious-perfectly cooked, juicy, & full of flavor. You can really tell they use fresh ingredients, & the seasoning was spot on. The chicken was crispy on the outside & tender on the inside, just the way it should be.
The service was also excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, & made sure everything was just right. The atmosphere was clean & comfortable, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends.
Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're craving quality chicken.
I go here all the time after work & the chicken is amazing!!!! It's super crispy which I love, even when I take it home with me it stays crispy the whole time. The fries are breaded & beyonddd good. Ive tried the mozerrella burger a few times, I usually get the chicken but the cheese pull PULLS. Definitely recommend. Some reviews say chicken is undercooked but I go here like 2-3 times a week & Ive never had that problem so I dont know.
The chicken was super fresh, crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside-exactly what you want. The seasoning had a really nice kick without being overpowering, & you can tell they don't cut corners on quality.
The portions were generous for the price, & everything came out hot & made to order. The fries were crispy & well-seasoned too, not just an afterthought like at some places.
Service was quick & friendly, & the place itself was clean & well-kept. Overall, it's definitely one of the better fried chicken spots in Laval. I'll for sure be going back.
No joke, I just had the best fried chicken sandwich I've had in years. The chicken was perfect.
Also, I tried the spicy one, the Buffalo sandwich. Usually, when I try something spicy, it's only implied spiciness, but this actually packed some heat.
