Hyyyyyper déçu du service de livraison avec Uber Eats. J'ai pris la peine de commande de ce restaurant car il y avait une promotion deux pour un pour les crêpes aux Nutella bananes. L'application nous fraude littéralement en supprimant le deuxième items du panier APRÈS AVOIR PAYÉ. Très triste parce que le restaurant est de très bonne qualité.. mais ce sera ma dernière commande.

Lieu trop trop trop chaud & même pas climatisé, équipe non souriante non accueillante
Le personnel a la caisse n'as même pas essayé de nous parler ou commencé une conversation
Les crêpes sont trop cheap il mis vraiment peu de Nutella toujours
Juste le milkshake qui est bon
Je recommande pas d'aller s'asseoir là-bas ou acheter des crêpes

The texture & Crêpe was perfect, aswell as the Nutella but I would've liked a little more fruits & powder, overall it was great

Crêpes Nutella & Nutella-banane & fraises incroyables parfaitement faites, gourmandes & satisfaisantes. Le personnel était chaleureux & attentionné. J'y retourne sans hésiter!yumm yummmmm

Excellent crêpe au nutella, mais l'ambiance ne donne pas envie d'y retourner. Pas d'ustensiles (sauf en bois pour emporter), de la musique très forte..bref c'est une place pour des crêpes take out.

Oof. I ordered several times when they first opened & i just did again after a long time. Since i ordered the same thing every time (2 for 1 Nutella crepes on uber eats), I can state accurately compare.

1- Taste was great then & still is.
BUT.
2- I believe they opened in 2022 & cost $12.50 for a while. The portion was good. Now the cost is $15 plus added fees (the most offensive invention by uber eats*).. For delivery.

For some reason though, if you're close enough to pick it up, which i am, when you switch to pick up on the app... shocker! The same crepes are suddenly not $15, they're now $18. I'd love to have anyone explain how that possibly can be justified (I'm not even sure it's legal tbh).

So i noticed this a couple of months ago & had made the decision not to order because frankly I find that offensive. But last week i couldn't resist & i ordered it as part of an add-on.

Like i said, taste is still great but unfortunately the size has shrunk noticeably. & taking into consideration the price has gone up significantly, plus the'fees', the weird price extra $3 for pick up & the shrinkflation, I'm unfortunately going to have to make this my last order.

To be fair though, I'm down to very few restaurants I'll order from because it's just become a huge cash grab & uber is probably the only party benefiting at this point. Uber eats is literally the worst thing ever. Bring back in-house employee delivery drivers whose salary are paid by the restaurant (not $4-5'delivery fees' - looking at you Domino's Pizza). Uber killed the whole concept for everyone.

I should add..
While I can't speak for now because I didn't pick it up, in the past the employees have always been great: friendly, helpful & competent.

*added fees: wdym fees to help cover the costs ? Sir, that's what the actual price is for. It's like looking at the listed price for shoes & then being told there's an extra $15 fee to cover the cost of the box & the paper to print your bill on. Like, what?

But anyway, that's not specific to this place, that's a system wide scam uber eats came up with so they could keep robbing restaurants & customers while making it look like restaurants are overcharging with random fees? They absolutely are but this is 100% because uber eats is robbing them.

The moral of the story really is that uber eats sucks & makes everything more expensive. Restaurants & customers pay for uber greed.

Crêpe de très bonne qualité par contre les quantités on diminué j'ai l'impression par boîte & le prix à beaucoup augmenté sur Uber passer de 12$ la boîte de crêpes Nutella à 15$ ça pique un peut surtout quand les portions sont moins grande dommage je commanderai moins 🥲
