Reviews often mention
I liked it at first & was filling out the loyalty card, but I got disapppinted in the dishonesty of the prices.
There's currently no pictures in the reviews of the new menu display that is actually on the shop.
What was written on the menu was the price of the'crème molle' & the price of the'crème molle with trempage' for each of the sizes. I took a small crème molle with chocolat rocher dipping & the price was 6$ (5$ if no dipping). How supprised I was when I paid 7,53$. I found that 1.53$ of taxes was quite a bit for a 6$ ice cream (supposed to cost me 6.90$ if we do the math). I aksed the gentlemen that gave me the ice cream & there was smt like an additional charge (he got the answer from the owner)?
It's weird because I asked what are the flavors of the dipping to the cashier/owner & he showed me the sheet with the different dippings & no surchage was mentionned/writren whatsoever.
I just wish the prices where clear because it felt like I was lied to. The portions are big, the ice cream is good, the gentlemen that gave me the ice cream was sweet, but I do not want to give my money & my time to go to a place that hides fees. The surcharge is really small, I know, some pennies, but that was not the point. It was the dishonesty.
If they change the menu to actually write the prices clearly, I will be coming back. I'm writing this comments in hopes it can reach them & be a constructive feedback. But also to make futur customers aware of this & not get disapointed like me.
Belle découverte à quelques pas de l'ETS. Un peu cher mais bonne location
This place is literally losing sales by refusing to make some types of ice creams on their menu because they were closing'soon'.
Le personnel est très agréable. Service super rapide & les crèmes glacées sont excellentes!
Best ice cream I've had in a WHILE !!! Got the glacier Dubaï & it was an absolute masterpiece ! 🤤
Les glaces sont très bonnes. Bon service ! Allez y pour une petite pause douceur !
I was really disappointed with my chocolate milkshake. Instead of a thick, creamy shake, it was watery, icy, & tasted just like regular Québon chocolate milk. For 10$, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, it didn't match the description or the price. Wouldn't go back again!
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I got a large chocolate milkshake, it was basically just cold chocolate milk, & tasted like that as well. Usually a milkshake is thick & creamy, & not as runny as milk. Very disappointing considering the price was $9.00 for this. You would better off going to Mcdonald's for a decent milkshake.
The place is a hidden gem! It's a small spot on the corner close to the canal, & the quality of the ice cream is really good. They have sundaes & different topping options-I had the vanilla with strawberry topping ice cream & you can customize your order however you like… i took a bit of time to understand the menu it could be much better. the small was size was really big! There's also a small seating area in the back, which is nice if you want to sit & enjoy your dessert.
