Review Summary

Crèmerie -18° is widely considered a charming and welcome addition to the Griffintown neighborhood, appreciated for its creamy soft serve and diverse selection of customizable dips and toppings. While many patrons praise the friendly, attentive staff and the availability of high quality vegan options, opinions on the overall value remain mixed. Some visitors find the generous portion sizes and delightful presentations to be worth the price, whereas others express disappointment regarding the limited flavor variety and the perceived simplicity of the base vanilla product. Despite some confusion surrounding the menu and varying experiences with the richness of the ice cream, the location remains a popular spot for those seeking a sweet treat near the canal.

I was really disappointed with my chocolate milkshake. Instead of a thick, creamy shake, it was watery, icy, & tasted just like regular Québon chocolate milk. For 10$, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, it didn't match the description or the price. Wouldn't go back again!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I got a large chocolate milkshake, it was basically just cold chocolate milk, & tasted like that as well. Usually a milkshake is thick & creamy, & not as runny as milk. Very disappointing considering the price was $9.00 for this. You would better off going to Mcdonald's for a decent milkshake.

The place is a hidden gem! It's a small spot on the corner close to the canal, & the quality of the ice cream is really good. They have sundaes & different topping options-I had the vanilla with strawberry topping ice cream & you can customize your order however you like… i took a bit of time to understand the menu it could be much better. the small was size was really big! There's also a small seating area in the back, which is nice if you want to sit & enjoy your dessert.

Fine if you just want an ice cream to-go on a summer day. But very average level ice cream. Menu is also extremely confusing. For vanilla ice cream dipped in strawberry & a waffle cone, it's 10$. Pretty expensive for subpar quality. I'd honestly just walk over to Metro & get ice cream there.

For the price we paid, it was nothing spectacular.
Yes one can argue you get a lot of ice cream in your serving, but who is going to eat a small sundae that's equivalent of 3smalls in another similar joint & that too with general vanilla soft serve.

Service was good, the lady taking our order is kind.

Perhaps smaller servings with prices reflect will help boost their reputation.
