Everything about this place is so authentic to it's vision from the unique selection of flavors, to the decorations, music & ambiance.
Firstly, their ice is hands down one of the best, if not the best, in Montreal. Every flavor has its own French touch (I highly recommend the Madeleine, Aperol, Ginger Chocolate & Black Sesame) & you can clearly see the owner's passion for what they do.
Beyond that, they've created such a lovely corner on Laurier est with swings outside, stylishly camp decor, disco music & such a great ambiance. The only thing that bothers me is how overlooked this ice cream shop is! I introduced so many friends to this place who fall in love immediately, but who had never heard of it! Coquine has become a staple to Petit Laurier & I hope they sustain open for years to come.
It was the cutest ice cream shop in town! I tried pistachio & vanilla soft-serve ice cream. I would definitely come back for other flavors!
Had the vanilla-mure yuzu soft serve & also tried the rhubarb-ginger & pina colada ice cream flavors. They were incredible! There's a lot of great ice cream places in the plateau area but this is easily one of the best. Will be back soon!
Great ice cream, & service is excellent. Tried both the hard ice & their soft serve. Their seasonal apricot & passion fruit one was packed with flavor.
Absolutely loved the spread here!! We tried the tropicool & fell in love with the refreshing vibrant flavors. The marshmallow filled with pistachio was something we had never tried!! Highly recommend trying it ❤?
I tried four flavors & every single one was incredible. I could have easily kept on asking for more taste tests because they all looked so delicious but I felt bad so I limited myself (they seemed happy to oblige, however). Easily one of the best ice cream spots in Montreal (Trust me, I've tried most of them).
