"I recommend the Aztec bowl and the General Copper. Location is great, directly on Mont Royal Street (pedestrianised in the summer). For those who don't know, Copper Branch is a classic healthy+fast food restaurant chain in Montreal. There is no one like them, because all they have is healthy food. And it's prepared fast. And it's vegan."
