Le Copilote est exactement le genre d'endroit que je cherchais dans mon quartier. D'abord, j'adore l'ambiance semi-clandestine créée. Les cocktails sont hyper bien travaillés (18-20$) -mon coup de coeur était clairement le martini givré...ou encore le pisco sour qui avait une saveur d'un côté du verre, & une autre si l'on prend une gorgée du côté opposé. En plus, le service était impeccable. Je vous conseille d'arriver plus tôt que tard pour découvrir cet endroit (comme les places assises sont limitées, idéalement 5-6 pm, les jeudis au samedis). Si vous désirez manger aussi, il faut s'attendre à des similarités du Hélicoptère. À sauvegarder dans vos découvertes de MTL :)

Très bel endroit, produit de qualité & bon cocktails. Bemol: pas assez de table, peu pratique en groupe le long du bar. Oui c est bon mais quasi 90$ pour 3 verres, pas certain que hochelaga soit le bon marché Peut être élargir la carte à des drinks moins élitiste au niveau tarifaire.

J'ai tout aimé ; service chaleureux & professionnel, ambiance parfaite pour un 5@7, nourriture délicieuse & cocktail impeccable! Il faut cependant s'attendre à payer un certain prix compte tenu de la qualité des produits & du service. Je recommande :)

Seulement quatre semaines après l'ouverture & on sent déjà l'âme qui habite les lieux. Du bon, du vrai, de la connaissance, de la qualité & même du chillness par dessus tout ça. Il n'y a pas que la porte jaune qui est superbe... Le staff, l'endroit, la bouffe & le partage du bon boire! Sérieusement un endroit à adopter!!! Merci pour la belle soirée!
