Phenomenal cocktails & service, Ben & Sam were so knowledgeable & fun, they took us through all the negroni variations which we tried 90% of & they were all amazing, was just an absolute pleasure to sit on their bar!

Le Copilote est exactement le genre d'endroit que je cherchais dans mon quartier. D'abord, j'adore l'ambiance semi-clandestine créée. Les cocktails sont hyper bien travaillés (18-20$) -mon coup de coeur était clairement le martini givré...ou encore le pisco sour qui avait une saveur d'un côté du verre, & une autre si l'on prend une gorgée du côté opposé. En plus, le service était impeccable. Je vous conseille d'arriver plus tôt que tard pour découvrir cet endroit (comme les places assises sont limitées, idéalement 5-6 pm, les jeudis au samedis). Si vous désirez manger aussi, il faut s'attendre à des similarités du Hélicoptère. À sauvegarder dans vos découvertes de MTL :)
