I've been coming here for many years to get the best meals I can get for the money downtown. You'll pay a little more, but the meals are almost always spectacularly good. I eat meat & fish, & the typical meals always include one or the other, served with either rice, potatoes, & pasta. This week's delicious offering was a chicken pesto served with green beans & rice. Delicious! Their soups are the best I've had in the downtown area, & their breakfast offerings are also very good, but the downside is they stop serving them at 10:00. For me, Comptoir du Chef are the best lunches you can get downtown.
