Great experience at Columbus Café inside Carrefour Laval Mall. The coffee was tasty, & the staff provided nice, friendly service. The environment is cozy & welcoming, making it a great spot to take a break while shopping.

What really stood out was the generous cup size for a reasonable price - especially surprising these days when many cafes offer smaller portions for the same cost. Definitely worth stopping by for a good coffee & a relaxing moment.

Serves the coffee wrong, literally just water. Were you even looking at what you were serving? Instead of making another coffee, wants to add a shot of espresso in the water. He wasnt even joking. Almost $6 for a coffee. Given how incompetent one making the coffee, this is not even worth 2$.

I visited this café hoping to enjoy a pastry & a coffee, but I was disappointed. My chocolatine was stale, & my latte tasted burnt & bland. On top of that, the two employees who served me (who appeared to be the managers or owners) were incredibly rude & didn't even make eye contact when taking my order or serving me.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time, as a few of my friends have mentioned receiving similar treatment here. That said, the younger staff members working at the café are polite, attentive, & genuinely make an effort to listen to their customers' needs.
