Je fréquente cet établissement depuis 2022 & j'ai toujours apprécié le rapport qualité-prix de Coco Frutti LaSalle.

Depuis quelque temps, la qualité du service diminue, mais seulement avec une serveuse en particulier : Chantal.

Aucun suivi pendant le repas, aucune demande pour savoir si nous avions besoin d'eau ou de quoi que ce soit d'autre.

Depuis que j'ai des enfants, son attitude laisse à désirer. Aujourd'hui, mon fils a commencé à se promener près de la table d'à côté & voulait prendre des cuillères. Chantal est arrivée en vitesse & a tenté de le faire descendre elle-même du banc. Au lieu de venir me voir & de me demander gentiment d'intervenir, elle a décidé d'agir directement.

C'est dommage. Elle a détruit une relation client de plus de 2 ans & demi en une seule journée.

De plus, à la fin du repas, je lui ai demandé des contenants pour emporter mon espresso & quelque chose d'autre. Elle a pris tout son temps pour servir d'autres clients & m'a fait attendre. Surment à cause que pour la première fois je l'ai mal tippé. ( mauvais service = mauvais tip)

J'ai seulement 28 ans. Si tout va bien, il me reste encore 40 à 45 ans à vivre. Cela représente potentiellement 40 à 45 ans de clientèle perdue pour ce restaurant. Sans compter dire à mes fils plustard de ne pas fréquenté cette place aussi longtemps que Chantal est là.

Bravo Chantal, chapeau.

& si tu as besoin d'une pause cigarette pour être de meilleure humeur avec les clients, prends-en plus souvent.
