Went to the LaSalle restaurant today, sunday morning, did not looks too busy, with my two kids & a friend, waited about 45 minutes that our order will be taken, then had to wait another 40 min for teh orders to arrive to our table, & they arrived cold !
No service for glass of water, had to ask several times for a cup of coffee.
Big plates, planty of food, very bad service .
First & last time I go to this restaurant !
They always forget on item either you order by DoorDash or take out. Tu appelles il te répond dépose le téléphone & t oublie. Tu entends des injures. Tu raccroches pour rappeler bein non cela laisse le récepteur du téléphone ouvert donc c est la boîte vocale. C est pas seulement venir avec un rouge à lèvre rouge sur la bouche voulant dire que tu donnes un bon service à la clientèle au téléphone 😡😡😡😡. Les citoyens ont paient on a le droit d un bon service. 2 clients t'ont dit de relaxer tu es toujours entrain de te plaindre. Ton four pour le pain fonctionne mal ok calme-toi.
I love everything about Coco Fruiti, the ambiance, food & service., But there could be a big improvement on the coffee. Is it watered down?? Is that why the waitress is so eager to refill your cup?
J'ai attendu plus de dix minutes pour une commande Uber. À chaque fois que je demandais si la commande était prête, on me donnait des réponses floues : « On la prépare », « elle s'en vient ».
Résultat : rien n'était prêt. C'est un manque total de respect pour le temps des livreurs. Si une commande n'est pas prête, il suffit de le dire clairement au lieu de faire attendre inutilement.
Apres 2 ans jai decider di retourner mauvais service la serveuse passais pas a notre table quand on avais fini apres 20min on a du demander pour avoir la facture & elle trouvais sa drole aucun service je recomande pas
This place is such a cozy spot for breakfast. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air as soon as you walk in. I ordered the avocado toast & it was amazing - fresh ingredients & beautifully presented. The staff were friendly & made the experience even better! Highly recommended!
Me & my hubby & some friends of ours aked us to eat at this place for beakfast I orded the two eggs with sausages with pateo & & onion cheese on top my hubby orderd two eggs bacon & pateos thay both came with fruit very delish breakfast we will defently be going back now that our friend has us hooked you need to try & see for your self how good it is we went back & everything was just as good I will always go back its my go to breakfast place now next time i will do more pitchures
We had a great waitress named Samia! She was so attentive, came to our table to ask if we needed anything, checked in on us often. It was great, fast & efficient. Thank you Samia!!
