Decided to eat here today despite closer options to us. We were served by Marina H. When I say served.. I mean ignored. She wasn't friendly. When we asked for crayons for our child.. she couldn't be bothered. At no point did she come see if we needed anything. We were never asked if we wanted more coffee. Other servers too were walking around with coffee pots & not a single one could be bothered to come ask us. She seemed more concerned with customers who were'regulars'. The food was ok. Honestly if I could rate today's experience 0 stars I would. Not so sure we'll be returning here anytime soon if ever.

Honestly, the service was really disappointing. Our waitress seemed completely lost throughout the entire meal, & unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing.

I ordered scrambled eggs & received over-easy eggs instead. When I sent them back, I was given another plate that honestly looked like the original over-easy eggs had simply been broken apart & mixed together. I could still clearly see large pieces of egg white, which I specifically don't like. When I explained this to the waitress, instead of acknowledging the issue, she told me that I was wrong & that they were scrambled.

I also ordered French toast, & it was severely undercooked practically raw in the middle. I couldn't eat it & ended up only eating the sausage from my plate. I also ordered a chocolate milk because I'm currently taking medication & wanted something to drink with it.

After all of this, the only compensation offered was $3 off the entire meal. I wasn't looking for anything for free, but considering I couldn't properly eat most of what I ordered, I found that pretty disappointing.

Overall, the service was poor, the food was unacceptable, & the way my concerns were handled made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back here again.
