J'ai été à plusieurs brunchs à Longueuil & Coco Frutti Longueuil est le plus lent avec le pire service. On est arrivé vers 12h, & on a eu nos plats à 13h30. Après à peine 15 minutes de repas, on me demande de payer la facture à 13h45.
On est 2 (incluant ma fille de 5 ans) & la personne à l'accueil nous a fait attendre longtemps, & a placé plein de clients arrivés après nous. Quand j'ai demandé pourquoi, elle m'a dit qu'elle croyait que j'étais dans un groupe de 8, alors que j'avais clairement dit qu'on était 2. J'ai l'impression qu'elle a fait ça exprès.
Par la suite, on a attendu environ 30 mins pour que quelqu'un vienne prendre la commande & encore bcp bcp d'attente pour la cuisine. Tout ceux arrivés après nous ont été servis & même terminés de manger, à part nous.
Lorsque nos plats arrivent vers 13h30, après plus d'une heure d'attente, & à peine 15 minutes après, vers 13h45, la fille me demande si elle peux m'amener la facture pour payer.
Honnêtement, j'ai l'impression qu'ils font passer certains clients en premier & étant donné qu'on fait partie d'une minorité visible, certains employés sont racistes & font ça exprès.
À cette place, les clients ne sont pas traités de manière équitable. Les clients réguliers & les clients québécois passent avant & sont bien servis. Les clients d'une minorité visible sont traités en dernière priorité & ils nous laissent juste 15 minutes pour manger.
A hidden gem with an inviting atmosphere & top-notch service. The food is outstanding, especially the roasted lamb chops, which were tender & perfectly seasoned. The truffle mashed potatoes were a fantastic side, & the chocolate lava cake was the perfect sweet finish. The staff were friendly & attentive, making the whole dining experience a pleasure. Though a bit pricey, the quality of food & service makes it worth the splurge.
