Attente de 10 minutes a l'entrée alors que le resto était presque vide. Attente un autre 5 minutes pour avoir le menu. J'ai pris les oeufs bénédictine. On dirait que tout était sur le réchaud. Les patates semblait avoir été mal cuites depuis longtemps. Le jus d'orange fraîchement pressé semblait avoir été mélanger avec du jus en peinte. Les toilettes avait une forte odeur d'urine. Les dévidoir de papiers de toilettes était brisé & on kaiser les rouleau sur la toilettes... Je suis déjà allé dans une autre succursale & ca n'était pas comme ca.

We went on Father's Day.. unfortunately it was a disaster. The waiter didn't even know the meaning of many things on the menu. The coffee was cold no regular refills & the food was awful. My eggs Benedict didn't even taste right... Was a fishy sauce taste ! 🤮 My dad's pancakes didn't even have the fruits written on menu which is disappointing when your supposed to have all the berries. My sister's regular eggs bacon sausage was ok just ok hence 2 stars for that.. Never again will be go here.

Vérifiez vos factures!
En succursale sur du Tremblay à Longueuil, on m'a facturé 3$ de plus que sur le prix sur le menu pour 2 rôties, 2 tranches de fromage kraft & du café (9.25$ par défaut).
Leur argument: les menus ne sont pas à jour (si c'est le cas, au minimum aviser le client lors de la commande!)
2e argument: les coûts ont augmenté.
Ils voulaient donc me charger 12$ pour 2 rôties, 2 tranches kraft & du café ...
J'ai refusé & ils ont fini par corriger la facture en accord avec le menu.
Aucune excuse, le (ou la) gérant(e) ne s'est jamais présenté.
