"Food was good and portions were large. However, the service was very slow and we weren't there during a busy day. After waiting at least 45 min - 1h, i asked if the orders were coming soon. The waitress didn't show any sense of urgency so I had to press her a second time. Not once were we served water and items from our order were forgotten."
