"The concept of make your own cocktail only works if it's executed with an intrinsic sense of flavor balance, which personally, I have not seen to be the case. I'm sure they make the classics on a professional level. Also there was a lack of many ingredients which are not that rare to keep around in such high level establishments to be honest."
