Reopened with new owners in 2024 - pizza still really great, juicy as it was but now crust is even better - tastes like great bread. The sizes are more standard, they no longer offer 18in pizzas, but the 16in was enough for our family of four w/ a large caesar salad.View more

Decided to try this place out after reading that the management had changed (I live close by & had come a few times in the past prior to the change). To my surprise, & forgive my foul language, but I must say, this place is absolutely bazongas & awesome sauce. My waiter was Nathalie & she was absolutely cool beans. I love their fries & I highly suggest you get the souvlaki (I got the trio which includes fries & a drink). Le chef original est de retour avec ses pizzas tant aimés & la propreté est excellente. I decided to give Ciel Bleu another go after hearing it reopened under different management, & I'm glad I did. Their blue sky poutine was delicious. The menu offers a wide variety of options to choose from with reasonable pricing giving me a reason to keep coming back, & the staff was very pleasant (shoutout to Natalie).
