To the manager of this place. Please educate your workers on proper handling of food.
Today, we bought, 4 corndogs, fries & chicken.
As the front person was packing our order, he spilled the potatoes. Half of the contents ended up on the front cash table.
As I saw this, I quickly said'Don't do it bro' as I had already foreseen what he was trying to do.... put the spilled potatoes back in the container... sure enough that's what he did.
I then told him I did not want those. His excuse was'he always cleans the counter' & he asked me if I still wanted the half-filled container. When I said, NO as I paid in full, he then mumbled in the back on how it's such a waste of food.
When we got our new potatoes, I then reminded him NOT to do such things as it is NOT sanitary to put back spilled stuff back to customers.. NEVER.
He was full of excuses instead of being apologetic. His last excuse was he'is a minimum wager'.

Your prompt reply is appreciated & mirrors your comittment to quality. In fairness, my order was replaced by new one. However, as you may agree, offering a spilled food back to customer should NEVER be an option.View more

They taste good but the corn dog size is getting smaller with each visit while price remains the same. Today's corn dog (attached photo) doesn't justify the 10$ price any longer.View more

The Korean Hot Dogs 🌭 are very tasty! They are also cooked very well! Even if you are really hungry, one hot dog is enough to fill you up! There are a variety of flavours! As for the fried chicken 🍗, it is simply amazing! Super flavorful, crispy & cooked to perfection! I took the creamy onion 🌰 crispy chicken however, I am now intrigued to try the spicy 🌶 flavours & the crispy cheddar 🧀 chicken! A small order is around 22$ but it is enough for 2 people to share! The cost is a little pricey but it is worth it since these are specialities & they are quite generous with the portions ! The atmosphere is great ! I love the decor & the random pink wall 🩷. It's not a big restaurant but it's an adequate size & the service is absolutely fantastic! The cashier was so sweet & accommodating ! I love people who work with so much compassion ! Tried a few different Kogos with the family. We really enjoyed them. A fancy, slightly overpriced, pogo with a Korean twist really very good. Staff was super friendly & helpful. The place is busy when we were there so staff not keeping up with cleaning tables or emptying overflowing trash cans. Still worth giving this place a try. They share the location with Chicken Plus-that's definitely worth a try!View more

Pas ma première fois dans un Chungchun, celui-ci venait d'ouvrir près de mon travail, alors je suis bien contente. Car c'est bien bon. Un peu chère. Ça bourre plus qu'on peut le penser. Faut le manger frais, le goût est à son meilleure. Le service était bien plus courtois ici que aux autres succursales. Il y a un temps d'attente avant de recevoir sa commande, même sans achalandage.View more
