"You come here for the chocolate. The chocolate sold here in all varieties is very good. The ice cream is great. The chocolate sauces to dip your cone are also amazing. It's pricier than what it used to be. However, you will not find a better chocolate dip anywhere around. Nice area outside to sit and unwind by a fountain. Lots of parking spots. Safe..."
