Good service, however can be slow at servicing you at times I also enjoy they desserts & chocolate but some of them ate just too sugary/sweet. But that's more of a personal opinion than criticism

Today is probably My last time I will buy the dulce de leche chocolate chip bag .. before it was $5.49 & now $7.99 a huge increase , but what is also alarming is the quantity is going down from 250 g to 200 g .. this is insane , & I also notice that the taste is not as rich as before .. I'm extremely disappointed.. it was my little treat.. not anymore 😢 ..I feel bad for my rating because it is not the staff fault , they are amazing but it is now way too expensive …

Usually I like having there brownie in a bowl. I haven't been for a while. I ordered this bowl with a baby size s'mores cone. I payed $18 plus tip ~20$. I found it pricey but it's a treat so why not … when I got the bowl I was surprised to say the least … i literally had to open up the box as I got a glimpse while she closed it up, that it looked empty. I asked the girl jokingly if she forgot to ice cream… it was literally half the portion one I actually opened it up. I asked the girl about the portion, she replied' we get in trouble because we were putting too much before!! I definitely understand her & it's not her fault. But Chocolate Favoris should do better. To charge 18$ for a baby cone & brownie bowl is excessive. Either way, like insaid it was a treat, but I won't be going back for a while until I digest what I payed for. P.S sorry for the use of the SPORK but it's to illustrate the actual size

Chocolat Favoris is THE BEST place for chocolate dipped ice cream! I've been going to this location for the past 7 years & I've never once been disappointed!

J'adore cette chocolaterie, mon portefeuille un peu moins parcontre.... Incapable de ressortir avec seulement 1 truc. Le chocolat est délicieux & les cornets enrobé sont 🤤
