J'ai commandé un mini cornet avec enrobage. Le service était bon. Cependant, dès que j'ai commencé à manger le cornet, il s'est littéralement mis à dégoûter abondamment tellement la crème glacée était presque liquide. En plus, j'avais l'impression que ça goûtait l'eau glacée. Pour un mini cornet à près de 8$, j'ai été très déçu & malheureusement après plusieurs années, je n'y retournerai plus.

Really disappointed with the customer service lately. Staff often seem irritated, & the overall experience has been getting worse. We come here often because it's convenient for our family, but mistakes happen too frequently & aren't handled well. Hoping to see improvements.

Autant le magasin est très joli, autant attendez-vous à une grosse déception sur les portions.

60 $ pour 5 glaces, & elles sont servies dans des cornets taille 55… alors que clairement, quand on paie une'grande' glace à 11 $, elle devrait au minimum être servie dans un cornet taille 59 pour contenir ce qu'on paie.

Ce n'est pas un problème de prix. On peut accepter de payer pour un produit de qualité. Mais facturer des grandes portions & les servir dans un contenant plus petit que dans la majorité des autres crémeries, ça s'appelle induire le client en erreur.

À ce niveau-là, ce n'est plus une question de perception, c'est une question de respect du client. Très décevant.

La succursale était opérée par deux adolescents qui semblaient découvrir comment faire ma commande pendant qu'ils la faisaient & qui n'avaient pas conscience des principes de bases de salubrité. L'employé de la caisse qui ne se lave pas les mains & ne se mets pas de gants pour aller préparer des commandes & prendre les garnitures avec ses mains. J'ai commandé un choco blitz & j'ai reçu une poignée de mini eggs entiers, pas broyés, dans un verre de caramel. Je vous recommande d'aller à une autre succursale si vous voulez enjoy votre dessert.
