About

Chez Ô specializes in a fusion of traditional Szechuan spices and authentic Thai preparations within a streamlined, functional setting. The menu centers on bold, aromatic flavor profiles, featuring mouth-numbing peppercorns, fragrant lemongrass, and balanced chili-infused sauces that define its distinct culinary approach. Kitchen operations prioritize ingredient integrity, focusing on precise heat levels and the rapid, high-temperature cooking techniques essential to East Asian culinary traditions. Diners navigate a selection of diverse proteins prepared with meticulous attention to regional seasoning benchmarks. The environment facilitates a direct focus on the food, prioritizing efficiency and consistent delivery of complex, layered dishes. Every preparation adheres to established techniques that highlight the synergy between herbal freshness and deep, savory base notes characteristic of the region’s diverse cooking styles.

Food was excellent..Yes it might take a while...it's worth the prep time...fried rice was superb..perfectly cooked & not greasy like most other places...I had a chicken & vegetable dish while my wife had a spicy meat dish..both were terrific & reasonably priced...go to Chez O!

Went there for the first time last night with friends... the menu seemed ok but none of the meals come with veggies, rice or noodlles... 🤔 one of my friends wanted the tofu & it showed on the menu $17 so we asked the waitress if the tofu came with anything else & nope! Plain tofu for $17 😟😟😟 we all decided to take la table d'hôte since it was the only way to get a bit of white rice & a little portion of steamed veggies that had no taste... you can always ask for a side dish which is more expensive than getting it in la table d'hôte. The spring roll & frien ravioli were amazing we all looooved it!! I ordered lemon chicken, the chicken was tasty for me since I have a sweet tooth, I ate it all but I never tasted the lemon in it!!! There is no dessert & no tea with la table d'hôte...🤷‍♀️ We had to ask twice or three times for more water, for chopsticks... not the best experience & not the best food for me, sorry I would not go back.
