I placed an online order at 8:30 pm, my credit card was charged immediately, & then they called saying they couldn't prepare the order due to a kitchen issue. They told me to contact a third-party company for the refund, but the company confirmed that the restaurant must call to process it. Zero accountability & terrible customer service.

Bon ben j ai vu qu Olivier primeau avait donné un 9.4 pour la poutine & le Michigan. J ai goûter l'a poutine & elle est vraiment bonne. La sauce est goûteuse, le frites bien cuite & croustillantes & beaucoup de fromage en grain qui fond juste comme j aime. Je ne noterais pas sur 10 mais la poutine est vraiment bonne
