Honest opinion. The food is just ok. It's nothing to call home about my wife & I found it mediocre at best. Not very flavourful we felt it was bland. The service at the cash was super friendly but after that while u wait there's no interaction & the waite is very long. We waited for 20 minutes & when asked the young man for mayo & ketchup he was not smiling or friendly about it.

Le Casse-Croûte Chez Monique offre une excellente poutine, & le « Bouche-Trou » est vraiment délicieux : un incontournable à essayer!

Par contre, j'ai trouvé les prix un peu élevés. J'ai aussi été surpris de voir des affiches Pepsi un peu partout alors qu'on ne sert finalement que des produits Coca-Cola.

Enfin, le service m'a laissé plutôt mitigé. Les numéros de commandes sont criés très fort ce qui rend l'ambiance assez bruyante &, à mon avis, un peu désagréable.

Au final, la nourriture vaut le détour, mais quelques améliorations au niveau de l'expérience client rendraient la visite beaucoup plus agréable.
