Entrée du jour à partager joliment présentée sur une ardoise, exquise mais trop chère (28 $) vu les doses homéopathiques qu'on nous a servies (rillettes de saumon & de porc excellentes, pétoncles très frais avec bonne petite sauce, saucisse bof, confitures OK, marinades OK, roquette fraîche). Gazpachos salmorejos décevants (huile d'olive rance, amère), on est loin de l'Espagne !

Les plats de pâtes aux fruits de mer du menu annonçaient des noisettes & des asperges, mais nous n'avons eu droit qu'à une seule noisette & zéro asperge (portion généreuse de pâtes dont la cuisson était bien maîtrisée, bisque de homard très bonne quoique trop salée, palourdes, calmars, escargots excellents, pétoncles absents, crevettes nordiques bof, pour 32 $ quelques grosses crevettes auraient été appréciées).

Pas de pain disponible.

Assiette dessert de brownies bien chocolatés avec popcorn au caramel, guimauves grillées encore chaudes, crème chantilly, fraises, crème glacée à la vanille. Excellent, tant pour l'oeil que les papilles.

L'ensemble trop cher : 225 $ pour 3 personnes (une seule bière, pas de vin). À noter qu'il n'y avait pas de table d'hôte. On fait mieux ailleurs pour le même prix, il y a place à l'amélioration.
