Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes & nous avons passé une superbe soirée chez Gardel. Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin, on n'a manqué de rien.
Un immense merci à Barbara pour ses explications détaillées du menu, partagées avec une grande finesse. Le service était tout simplement impeccable, attentionné & parfaitement rythmé : aucune attente entre les services, ce qui est impressionnant pour un grand groupe.
Côté cuisine, la nourriture était exquise. L'entrée'mariage' (chorizo & boudin) était un délice. Pour les plats, les viandes étaient d'une tendreté & d'une qualité exceptionnelles, juteuses & assaisonnées juste assez pour laisser briller le goût authentique du produit. Mention spéciale pour les frites'criminelles' & la patate mille-feuille, qui sont absolument divines.
Le restaurant est d'une propreté irréprochable & tout le personnel est accueillant. Nous allons revenir assurément.

Quelle belle expérience culinaire. Nous y avons très bien mangée. Les propriétaires ont pris la peine de nous expliqué tout les repas sur le menu. D'ailleurs les assiettes sont très généreuse.

Ce soir, nous avons voyager en Argentine le temps d'un bon repas.

Merci de nous avoir apporté un petit morceau de saveur argentine au Québec. Barbara nous a fait sentir un accueil chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec un service impeccable du début à la fin.
La qualité des ingrédients était remarquable, les coupes étaient cuisinées à la perfection, & chaque bouchée nous faisait voyager avec un goût authentique d'Argentine. Une vraie explosion de saveurs ! Merci pour cette belle expérience. Définitivement recommandé. À bientôt !
