Riz collé très goûteux & parfumé. Plein de saveurs! Le grillot egalement très bon & tendre. Portions généreuses. Seul bémol, la salade de macaroni à des pois verts & du maïs a l'intérieur, ce qui peut ne pas plaire à tous.
Très peu de places assises, mieux pour emporter.

Only my second visit in 2yrs & the food remains top tier. I had Griot plate: Griot made fresh on order, sauce impeccable, the rice was perfect, macaroni salad was perfect & even the pikliz was just the right spiciness! Carmi does authentic home cooked Haitian food just right!

Chez Carmi was an excellent experience from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, & beautifully presented. The service was warm, attentive, & made us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting, making it a great place to relax & enjoy a meal. Every dish we tried was delicious, & you can tell they take pride in both the quality of the food & the customer experience. I would definitely recommend Chez Carmi to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience, & I look forward to coming back!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Quelle découverte que nous venons de faire de ce magnifique restaurant! Le service impeccable, la quantité, la fraîcheur!!! Excellent! Meilleur restaurant créole à Montreal! Le griot était parfait, le riz était tellement excellent! La salade macaroni, tellement délicieuse! Je recommande x 1000 & nous allons être des clients réguliers! Merci Chez Carmi & à bientôt:)

Food was delicious most tender & delicious griot i have had in a long time. Most places its really dry. The riz colle was delicious pikliz was nice & the plantain was tender not hard like a rock loved it. I had take out so hard for me to comment on armosphere.
