Publicité mensongère & manque d'hygiène. Un panneau à l'extérieur affiche un rabais étudiant, mais une fois à l'intérieur, on m'a informé qu'il n'était pas offert. Plus troublant encore : j'ai vu l'employé responsable du pain manger avec ses mains en salle, puis retourner en cuisine pour enfourner le pain sans s'être lavé les mains.

WOW, une réponse vraiment professionnelle, à ce que je vois. Si vous n'êtes pas capable d'accepter la critique, pourquoi avoir ouvert un restaurant ? De plus, ce n'est pas parce qu'une personne s'est lavé les mains avant de manger qu'elles restent propres par la suite, surtout si elle mange avec. Votre réponse démontre le niveau de salubrité de ce restaurant. Aussi, pour le rabais étudiant, vous ne le faites pas de bon coeur, mais plutôt pour pouvoir rivaliser avec tous les autres restaurants à côté de l'université.

Réponse à un restaurateur qui n'accepte pas la critique & qui, pour se défendre, se met à insulter l'apparence de ses clients :
Ne vous inquiétez pas, après ce que j'ai vu aujourd'hui, je ne compte pas revenir dans un endroit pareil. =)
