About

Château Kabab specializes in the authentic preparation of Middle Eastern charcoal-grilled meats and traditional slow-cooked rice dishes. The menu features a diverse selection of Iraqi and Iranian skewers seasoned with saffron, turmeric, and dried lime. Hearty plates showcase tender lamb, seasoned ground beef, and marinated chicken served alongside fluffy basmati rice and fresh flatbread. Diners observe the open flame preparation that defines the smokey flavor profile characteristic of these regional specialties. Accompanying vegetable sides include roasted tomatoes, crisp salads with zesty dressings, and creamy dips like hummus or baba ghanoush. The dining space remains focused on the efficient delivery of these classic culinary staples within a casual, functional environment. Each meal highlights the essential balance of bold spices and fresh, high-quality proteins fundamental to Mediterranean and Persian traditions.

I was blown away by the quality of the kebabs, huge portions, yet very affordable prices. I've tried many Persian restaurants outside Iran, & of course that includes many many Persian restaurants in Toronto area. This gem in Montreal beats them all

Je recommande, c'est très bon mais un peu cher. J'aimerais mentionné le service incroyable qui jeune dame nous a offerte, Kawthar. Elle a rendu l'expérience 1000 fois mieux!

I was looking for halal place to have grilled food. & even though entering the restaurant I wasn't sure. But sitting area upstairs is nice. & the most important part the food was delicious. Loved it!

Overpriced for what i ate. Hummus & vine leaves were horrible. > The hummus you buy at the supermarket that's been sitting on the shelf for a year is FAR superior. This is how bad it is. Only good thing about the hummus is that they are generous with the bread provided. > The vine leaves tasteless/poor & are tiny. Yoghurt was good. soup was good.
