The management of this restaurant has recently changed, & unfortunately the impact has been terrible. Prices have gone up by about 30%. For example, the Iraqi kebab that used to cost $20 before the management change is now $27. While the quality has dropped drastically honestly, it feels like a complete collapse compared to before.
I used to come here regularly, but after these changes, I will not be returning.
It will never be the same place it used to be. The new management clearly prioritizes profit over quality & customer experience. Basic things are being ignored for example, there isn't even a heater in the new space, even no a hanger in the restroom. These are simple, expected amenities.
As for the food, the quality is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing overall.
I tried their kebab plate & found it absolutely delicious! The kebab smells great, & the rice has a wonderful flavor, especially with the side salad. I will definitely be coming back, especially since their prices are really affordable compared to other kebab places. Parisian Kebab is the best ever! 😎
ce restaurant offre un atmosphère traditionnelle arabe ,très bon service avec un personnel souriant, parfait pour diner ,une belle expérience culinaire , une excellente adresse pour savourer des grillades traditionnelles , le Kebab est tendre & bien assaisonne, WOW très délicieux & le pain fraichement cuit est vrai délice, le service est excellent impeccable!

We hosted a big birthday party at Château Kebab Downtown, & the experience was excellent. Despite the restaurant being over-packed, the staff was friendly & the service remained as efficient as possible. The food was amazing-as consistent & delicious as ever. Special thanks to the lady manager who made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

This restaurant is an absolute gem. I had a great experience. The food was delicious & full of authentic Iraqi flavors. The kebabs, rice, & bread were all fresh & tasty. The restaurant was clean & cozy, & the staff were very friendly & welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy real Iraqi food.
This is hands down the best kebab spot in Montreal when it comes to price, quality, quantity, & taste. I got the mixed chicken & beef Persian kebab, served with grilled tomatoes, marinated onions, bread, & pickles on the side. The total came to just $45 after tax, & it can easily feed up to five people! For that price, you'd end up with smaller portions of unhealthy, factory-made food from McDonald's. Go for this instead-it's not only delicious but also a healthier choice.

J'y suis aller avec une amie lundi & on a eu une très belle expérience. Nous avons été servie par Arzu qui a été très professionnel & super accueillante. J'ai prit le plat de brochette de kebab koobideh qui était très bon. La viande était très tendre & juteuse, je trouvais le riz légèrement sec mais avec la tomate & la viande ça se mélangeait bien. J'y retournerai définitivement pour essayer leurs autres plats!

La nourriture était incroyable. Le kebab qui était plein de saveur & cuit a la perfection de plus, la portion de riz est très genereuse & le service était très professionel.
Had a meal at Château kebab (Downtown), & overall, it was a good experience. The kebabs were flavorful & well-cooked, & the service was friendly & attentive. However, the rice didn't quite meet expectations for a Persian restaurant-it lacked the texture & richness you'd expect to complement a good kebab. It's an area they could definitely improve on to elevate the dining experience. Still, it's a decent spot for Persian food, & I'd consider coming back.
We got the Kafta platter & it was such a big portion that we couldn't finish it even though we were a party of 5. The kebabs together with the soups, rice & bread was so delicious. The meat was nice, moist & well seasoned. Service was also amazing, our server Suzanne kept checking on us & made sure that everything was good. Great place for affordable eats & good service too!
