Los helados muy ricos, y el café. La simpatía, amabilidad, y tratar de entender lo que quiere el cliente, es totalmente ausente. Un ambiente muy tenso, entre la encargada, la empleada y los clientes. A parte, no había aire acondicionado, que puede ser algo circunstancial, hace que la experiencia de tomar un helado se convierta en una pesadilla
