The service was very unprofessional & the waitress was disrespectful. Prices were unreasonable compared to service quality. The waitress handed us the machine to pay without the option to select a tip, she had already selected an (overpriced) amount without our consent.

Le meilleur truc du menu entre tacos, poutine & sangria c'est l'eau! Le service est médiocre, nous avons mangé froid en attendant la sauce demandée à trois serveuses différentes! Les filles sont belles & gentilles.La place est belle & la terrasse sur le toit est bien positionnée. Malheureusement je ne recommande pas cet endroit pour manger. Le papier de toilette dans la salle de bain était par terre & un autre était sur le comptoir où on lave nos mains..

J'aimerais remercier le staff de management , la serveuse. J'étais venu, j'avais des difficultés pour payer avec ma carte de crédit. Ils ont bien gérer sans faire de spectacle, jusqu'à ce que le problème est résolu. Les africains sont vraiment des gens bien!

Dont go there. The bartender will rob you. They will apply tip without giving you the machine. They applied 28% on my bill. I made the math & asked for a refund. Still waiting on it as I type this.
This horrible experience made it clear that overall this is not a place that you should go to. I'm sure they get a lot of tourists there so they think they can just take advantage of people, but no, I called you out on your bs.

So beware people. If you end up going for whatever reason, check your bill! Ask for it. The lady did not even ask me if I wanted it, which is against the law. She knew what she was doing.

EDIT: REFUND WAS NEVER PROCESSED. THIS IS GOING TO CONSUMER PROTECTION

Un mauvais service d'accueil ou de gardiennage on arrive aujourd'hui le 03 janvier à 20h sur internet c'était ouvert mais les agents nous dit que ça serait opérationnel à 23h. On arrive à 23h on appel même au cellulaire on nous dit c'est ouvert on reste plus de 30 minutes dehors geler devant la porte & personne n'a voulu débarrer la porte pour nous . C'était ma première fois & c'est ma dernière fois . Très mauvaise expérience.

Expérience désagréable aujourd'hui le 03 janvier 2026 . Personnel non professionnel il nous considérait de la merdre. Surtout les agents de sécurité mon avis ils doit être viré de l'établissement, moi je suis un client pas un mendiant qui vient quémander quelques, mais consommer avec mon argent. J'y mettrais plus jamais mes pieds
