Nous avons participé à un souper de groupe (+- 22 personnes) le 26 octobre 2024. Dès le départ, la serveuse poussait pour prendre les commandes rapidement, bien qu'elle l'ait fait avec le sourire. On n'a pas eu le temps de terminer les entrées que les repas arrivaient. Plusieurs n'étaient pas chaud ou à peine tiède. Décevant. Je n'y retournerai pas, même pour un événement de groupe.

Service très ordinaire. Le serveur avait l'air très pressé de nous servir & de se débarrasser de nous. Il ne nous a pas salué, ne s'est pas présenter, etc. Pas souriant du tout. Il nous a pressé a prendre notre commande 5 minutes après notre arrivée à la table malgré que nous regardions toujours le menu. Aucun retour à la table pour nous demander si tout était à notre goût. Étant moi-même une personne travaillant en restauration comme serveuse & gérante depuis plus d'une dizaine d'années, je peux confirmer qu'il ne maîtrisait pas la base. On ne s'est pas senti les bienvenus du tout. Après avoir payé, aucun « Merci » ni « Bonne soirée ». Il s'est tout simplement dépêché à aller vers sa prochaine table, toujours avec son air bête. Toute la famille a été très déçue & malaisée. De ce qui est de la nourriture, nos assiettes sont sorties rapidement & nous étions assez satisfait pour le goût & les portions.

La nourriture était excellente. Les assiettes copieuses. Bel atmosphère sans lumière trop tamisées que tu ne vois plus rien dans ton assiette. Pas bruyant, agréable de s'entendre parler. Service rapide & serveur très courtois & embarquait dans nos blagues.

Cette succursale est bien, mais l'emplacement ou nous avons été mit était mal faite pour nous & le service.. Mis bon contrairement a d'autre succursale, tout était propre & le service rapide & très courtois !
