The expansion looks beautiful & the aesthetics of the café are genuinely really nice, but unfortunately the food quality has gone way downhill. It was so disappointing to pay over $25 for a pizza that was extremely greasy, had a huge crust, & tasted like it was made with very cheap cheese - honestly like cafeteria-style cheese. Even the hot honey they give on the side was a letdown: such a small portion, watered down, & not flavorful at all.
We also tried the smash burgers, & they were just as disappointing. They were overly greasy, & you could actually taste that cheap, unpleasant oil. We honestly felt sick after eating. Even the coffees were underwhelming - having a fancy machine is not enough if the coffee itself isn't made well.
Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, especially for spending over $70 & not enjoying any of it. The space looks great, but the food & drinks absolutely did not live up to the price or the presentation.
Their service is top notch, like genuinely every time i come here they give best service. The poutine was amazing, soft fries not goey, & sauce was so flavourful. The pizza comes with this sauce, sweet spicy. They also have a seating area near the barber shop so it's pretty spacious. Their freddo cappuccino is also amazing & they even accomodate vegetarians with dairy free alternatives. Reminds me of italy's authentic coffee. This place is a 10/10, it's a go to & i absolutely recommend it.

You need to visit this resto for Good energy & good food … Especially if you're a car lover🍔 Staff are so friendly , nice young man & the counter & very nice lady at the coffee corner 🫶🏼 Cheeseburger was DELISH & you need to try onion rings too.
This place has an incredible atmosphere-beautiful, stylish, & aesthetically pleasing. They make some of the most delicious coffee drinks around, & it's the perfect spot to grab a coffee with dessert or sit down for a full meal. The pizzas are authentic & made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. The fries are perfectly crispy, & the poutine is pure decadence. But the burgers are my absolute favorite: fresh ingredients, a perfect bun, & top-grade meat that's cooked just right. Hands down, this is one of my favorite places in Laval.
Really great space/location! Very clean, tables were always quickly being cleaning, the customer service was awesome! Super friendly & welcoming staff, & the food was great! Definitely gotta come back & try their coffees - they looked amazing!

Woww what a great find !! Awesome smash burgers i highly recommend their butter garlic French fries, surprising although there is no TRIO options & everything is a la carte it is very reasonably priced. To add a very nicely thought out café integrated into the space & its is descent coffee.
Carrera in Laval is such a lovely find. The space is clean, cozy, & has a really welcoming feel. Their coffee is genuinely excellent. You can taste the quality, & you can tell they're using a top-tier machine & great beans. I haven't had the chance to try the food because I'm currently on a diet, but everything I saw coming out looked fresh & delicious. The prices are fair, & it's family-owned, which makes the atmosphere feel even warmer. The owner is incredibly kind & attentive. & a huge plus: it's dog-friendly. That alone makes my day.

We have been on the lookout for a good local coffee spot in Laval. The service as soon as we walked in was amazing. It was our first time here - they explained the menu to us, & then owner came by to see how we liked the food & coffee. We had the smash burger & the poutine - both were great! The decor is very well done - great atmosphere, service 10/10 - we will definitely be back!
