I visited Carlos & Pepe's at Montréal-Trudeau Airport while waiting for a late flight. Unfortunately, the kitchen was already closed, so I didn't have the chance to try the food.
It would be great if the restaurant could keep the kitchen open until midnight, since many travelers have late-night flights & would really appreciate having food available at those hours. Extending the kitchen schedule could make the experience much better for passengers flying late.

Great food but terrible service. We had four vouchers from Air Canada & wanted to use all four. We even ordered extra churros (on top of the, again, delicious chicken burger & Carlos Cobb) to round up to the four vouchers. However, there was an issue & we were charged twice; the staff was helpless & only promised that they had done nothing wrong. It was late at night & understandably everyone was exhausted, but we expected more than just a shrug.
Very strange experience at this place. I waited at the please wait to be seated sign & it was as if I didn't exist to the staff so I sat myself down with a menu & nobody came to take my order for over 10 minutes. Just staring at me but doing nothing. Horrible customer service
J'ai pris le petit-déjeuner chez Carlos & Pepe à l'aéroport de Montréal & j'ai goûté le toast à l'avocat - c'était absolument délicieux & très frais. Excellente expérience dans l'ensemble. Un merci spécial à Azadeh pour son excellent service !

Nous étions en groupe & assis près de la fenêtre, avec une très belle vue. La serveuse nous a offert un très bon service, rapide & sympathique. Les boissons étaient bonnes, je recommande vraiment la margarita.
Food was good but the waitress seemed to be in a terrible mood. Almost felt like I was bothering her. Drink were also really bad. Overall poor experience manly because of the service.
J'ai commandé des tacos ,c'était un peu cher mais savoureux. Le riz était légèrement froid, mais le service était très rapide & les serveurs étaient sympathiques.
