"We've now been to the Caribou twice. Both times we were a party of 8 and all agreed: It is an enjoyable setting and the service is good and friendly. They make original, tasty and well cooked meat dishes but, in my humble opinion, they should not offer fish or other alternatives (risotto, for example) as those were below average every time."
