EVERYTHING STARTS WITH A NICKNAME
In addition to being the emblematic animal of Quebec, we were so called "the Caribou" during our visits to France, that it was obvious to borrow the name from this large deer.
French expatriates for several years and very attached to our gourmet roots, it is in Quebec that we decided to drop our bags, and it is a pleasure for us to share with you our love of cooking by combining gourmet seasonal ingredients, our French roots and Quebec influences, in an atmosphere that invites relaxation and conviviality ...

How to combine simplicity & sophistication. Don't let yourself be intimidated by the relatively short menu.
we shared 3 different starters which were simply amazing - the foie gras with spicy bread...sublime
As for the main course, the duo of bison is fabulous, the trout delicious & originally flavored with maple syrup.
Great ambiance & service, we are adding this one on our top 10 list.
