The experience at times shines with friendly, fast, and attentive service, and open late appeal, but many comments point to inconsistent service and long wait times, miscommunications at pickup or delivery, missing items, and quality fluctuations that can depend on the shift or time of day. Some feedback mentions takeout packaging, temperature, and presentation concerns, while others praise the atmosphere, authenticity, and healthier juice options. Taken together, Caribbean Food Factory is seen as a top destination for authentic Caribbean cuisine with strong dishes and potential improvement in consistency and reliability.
Shitty service all-around. Their online services is especially a MESS. Half the time items are missing, or out of stock (even though the option is shown online).
Whats the point of ordering if you're just gonna get smth completely different than what you had asked for?

We ordered on the phone tonight because we know their service is very slow but tonight takes the cake… I first ordered the sweet & sour shrimp, the guy told me they didn't have shrimp so I asked for sweet & sour chicken instead & extra dumplings. A full hour later when we go get our order, turns out they don't have sweet & sour sauce either, & the dumplings weren't baked yet (might I remind you we went an entire hour after our call specifically to give them time to handle their usual shenanigans). Nobody thought to call us back to inform us, & they just suggested we get something else from the menu.
Conclusion: it's now 11.30pm on a Tuesday, we went for fast food instead & we won't be going back to this restaurant, which is sad since the food is good when you can actually eat what you chose & haven't waited for it for a ridiculous amount of time.
These people are so unserious. I placed an order on DoorDash at 7:30 & it was 9:30 I still did not receive my order when I called them the lady said she just started her shift & they change shift at 9 am that is why it's taking so long. I have never had problems like that with other restaurants & yet they change shift too. Besides that I placed my order at 7:30. While the food is good, the customer service is the worst!
Had my first experience & it was so amazing I wanted to turn around & grab another meal & it was around 330 in the morning . Respect for the people that cook seriously. The service is great, respectful & fast. Highly recommend for the Caribbean foodie
Actually there should be no stars applied to this review. Numerous times food was cold while rice & vegetables were hot. Also missing utensils. Food also tasting like 2 days old. Foolishness
