I've been here less than a handful of times &, from the first time I've been here through now, their business model seems to have changed a little. They appear to be focusing more on chicken. That's what you see them grilling from the area where you walk in. It seemed like more of a regular Portuguese restaurant when I first went here years ago.

Even if they have changed, I have to admit they do a very good job with preparing chicken in various ways & in a Portuguese manner. On this last trip, I got a very filling platter with boneless chicken, interestingly seasoned potatoes, salad, & rice. You might have to get a little bit of help from the staff to choose from their various chicken options. Between the various employees, you will find someone who speaks French, Portuguese &/or English. I was really satisfied after I left & was so glad I came here.

Both the young lady that was attending to my table & an apparent manager were very friendly & enthusiastic about sharing Portugal with me. The prices are fair & the value here is better than at many of the Portuguese restaurants closer to the city center.

It's really not that far from the Saint Michel Metro station. You can take a bus for that last part if you want, but it's also walkable. It might also be a good idea to walk a little bit after a filling meal here.

This restaurant has some of the best service I've ever had. The servings are big enough to share. Very well priced for the quantity & quality.

I recommend this restaurant. 7pm saturday & it's full. They do take reservations.

Love this place. Prices are very affordable & you get big portions. The staff is friendly & service is quick. This is our go to places when we go family dining. The restaurant can get packed on peak hours, which should indicate how good this place is!

Uber Eats order- No comment on atmosphere or service.
I got the half chicken meal which came with a generous selection of three sides as opposed to the typical two, nice variety too. The potatoes were nice but not the particular style I was hoping for, don't think it was worth the extra $2.25, should be same price as other sides IMO. Chicken was delectable but hardly saucy. Overall this was a huge meal & I actually had enough for a whole plate the next day which is rare for me. Great value & quality just beat out by other competitors in the category I know of in the Plateau.

The owner is nice. I always have the chiken sandwich & it's always juicy & flavorful. The prices are reasonable & the place is clean.
