Nous avons pris les calmars & la pieuvre grillée, qui étaient bons, mais la salade qui les accompagnait baignait dans la vinaigrette: un peu de retenue ou de l'apportez dans un récipient à côté aurait été appréciés.
De plus, notre serveur était sympathique , mais malheureusement ne sentait pas bon, ce qui enlève un peu au plaisir de manger.

I've been here less than a handful of times &, from the first time I've been here through now, their business model seems to have changed a little. They appear to be focusing more on chicken. That's what you see them grilling from the area where you walk in. It seemed like more of a regular Portuguese restaurant when I first went here years ago.

Even if they have changed, I have to admit they do a very good job with preparing chicken in various ways & in a Portuguese manner. On this last trip, I got a very filling platter with boneless chicken, interestingly seasoned potatoes, salad, & rice. You might have to get a little bit of help from the staff to choose from their various chicken options. Between the various employees, you will find someone who speaks French, Portuguese &/or English. I was really satisfied after I left & was so glad I came here.

Both the young lady that was attending to my table & an apparent manager were very friendly & enthusiastic about sharing Portugal with me. The prices are fair & the value here is better than at many of the Portuguese restaurants closer to the city center.

It's really not that far from the Saint Michel Metro station. You can take a bus for that last part if you want, but it's also walkable. It might also be a good idea to walk a little bit after a filling meal here.

We have ordered here many times & in March we had ordered & it was not the same as we remembered…having written a review Paolo the owner was kind enough to reach out & we spoke about the problem & offered another meal well today we ordered & it was absolutely delicious! From the chicken to the salad & fries everything was spot on & how we remembered it. So bravo on customer service & definitely always going to your jarry location!

Je suis allé chercher quelques plats, dont une entrée de pieuvre à $18,95.dans le plat, il y'avait un seul morceau de pieuvre & un petit amas de salade. C'est trop cher payé pour ça
De plus, les morceaux de poulet dans notre demi poulet était calciné. Je suis déçu cette fois-ci car habituellement, on se régale

Great restaurant for dine in or take out. Their chicken is great, of course, but don't overlook their excellent seafood!
I had the grilled sardine appetizer & the grilled calamari appetizer & they both came with a generous & tasty salad. This place is definitely worth more than one visit!

Was there a couple of weeks ago & ordered 1/2 a chicken & a plate of calamares. Chicken was very good, the fries were exceptional, the sauce was top notch. would've wanted cole slaw instead of a normal salad. Cole slaw & BBQ chicken, always goes well together . Calamares was ok, found that the batter was to thick. A lighter batter would've been better. Portions are very generous. Will definitely go back for the chicken.

Succulent poulet portugais! Assiettes généreuses & bon choix d'accompagnements. Coup de coeur pour la salade: laitue fraîche & vinaigrette savoureuse! Délicieuses "pasteis de nata". Accueil chaleureux & service attentionné, bref une bonne adresse!

Dine in. Got the 1/4 chicken thigh plate. Everything was delicious. The salad was fresh, the fries were cooked to order, the chicken was juicy & the rice was cooked well. Service was polite & the place was clean.
