Je vais là depuis des années.. je suis aller acheter un poulet combo familial 43$ ,c'est du poulet réchauffé secs , zéro frais! (j'habite 30' de distance & j'ai garder le poulet dans le chaud tout le long de mon chemin)… j'ai appelé & ils m'ont dit de le ramener pour qui me le change , j'ai expliqué que je ne peux pas partir de chez moi faire 1:30 total de chemin pour LEUR erreur (30 min aller chez moi, 30 min aller chez eux & un autre 30 min retourner chez moi , voyons !!) elle m'a dit qu'elle peut rien d'autre faire pour moi. Peut être ils vont me payer mon essence aussi pour tous ces voyages là? C'est sur que je retourne pas la ! Inacceptable! Allez y au supermarché acheter un poulet à 10$ & vous serez beaucoup plus satisfait, je vous le garantis!!

This is the worst by far i've had from you! When you barely opened you were soo good & gave great portions & i understand the economy isn't so good these days but i will definitely be going to PFK from now since buying'chicken' from you is clearly impossible now, no all you get for half a chichen is 4 little freaking chickens. PFK definitely does better than you & is way cheaper! You should be ashamed to give service like this & to have your workers justify it with'sometimes the chickens are smaller' or'you ordered more fries therefore the chicken is less'!!!! Wtaf!!! Never again!

We reserved for our christmas family party for pick up.
When we got home with our food it was still piping hot! Food was super fresh chicken was tender & juicy! The sauces on chicken was delicious! The little round potatoes were a huge hit at our table!
We highly recommend cantinho's for delicious Portuguese chicken!

Last time I go to this place, worst customer service, after paying 42$ for a family trio the quality of food & service was not the same as when we started going there when they opened.i paid extra for the patatoes & with extra sauce & they didn't want to put the sauce on the potatoes when i said that i asked for it & paid extra they said the potatoes don't come with the sauce, which i was surprised cause we have ordered the same thing several years. The owner comes out & i told him the situation & he was rude & condescending, his name is Carlos & told me if i was not happy to not come back. Whenever i go there it seems everyone is miserable to work there or extremely rude all the time, doesn't make you want to go back. It also comes with the owner that is not respectful in any way to to customer that is a loyal one to say the least. Not going back! Last time!!! Their is no more customer service. Not recommending this resto to anyone.

Haitian people tookover the business & the food they are making isn't like what I remember in the past when White people & Portuguese people was running it, It's not Portuguese, It's Creole food that pretends to be Portuguese, Cashier is very rude, Place look dim, dingy, kitchen is a mess, cooks look tired & miserable, Chicken, Fries decent, Rice horrible, I don't recommend there to anybody, It had seen better days when it first opened after Harvey's Restaurant left there.

Aujourd'hui j'ai passé une commande & pour la deuxième fois, il y a eu une erreur. On m'a oublié les patates, alors que je les avais bien demandées.
La dernière fois, au travail avec mes collègues, on m'avait déjà oublié le riz (j'avais pourtant commandé patates + riz + salade) & on m'a mis patates + frites + salade… Résultat : je me suis retrouvé à manger quasiment que de la pomme de terre.
En plus, aujourd'hui il n'y avait même pas d'ustensiles : j'ai dû couper mon poulet avec les mains & emprunter une fourchette à un collègue.
Une erreur peut arriver, mais deux fois de suite c'est abusé.
Je suis vraiment déçu, car la nourriture est excellente, mais il faut faire beaucoup plus d'efforts sur le service & la préparation des commandes.

My sister-in-law placed an order online & sent her husband to pick up the order & everything was already paid for, but her husband had placed the order & they were going to give me what they wanted until they confirmed the pickup. The woman told me to pass the order on as if I was going to steal it.

Went there with a work colleague for lunch. I don't know why it is a 3.9. I think the food was very good. I've had the chicken breast. I've had the burger & I've had the sandwich & every time it was delicious. You have a choice of mild medium or hot sauce. I took the medium which is not hot at all as far as I'm concerned but very delicious. I really don't understand the place doesn't look like much from outside but it's really really good food. I suggest that & I'm a picky eater, a little bit picky. This place is really really good. I'm going to share a picture of our meals. The picture you're going to see is the chicken breast or the chicken leg with the you have a choice of three sides which are all delicious. The service is not super super fast but it's okay they take care of you. They talk to you. They're overall very serviceable & professional. Like I said, the place doesn't look like much, but it's really good. One of those places cover. It's one of those hidden gems. I like to call it so if you go there & you try it & you like it the way we do leave a comment for them. Give them a little five star to help them because they're worthy of a high score online. Having gone there & experienced it more than once I can really say so. Don't hesitate guys go try it out. It's on Henri Bourassa & it's very good
