"We love Caifan so much. It recently re-opened in a larger space, and I'm so happy that the food has remained as good. There are lots of experimental/fun dishes, but the tacos are our favorite: tacos al pastor, res, and cochinita pibil. These dishes are magic -- rich, complex, and so comforting. With a michelada, it's perfect. Big love to the folks..."
