CAFFETTIERA (une cafetière Moka en italien), situé dans le Mille carré doré de Montréal, est un bar italien inspiré des années 90.
Le ‘‘ bar ’’, pour les italiens, est l’endroit où l’on va durant sa journée, pour prendre une pause. Notre espresso est torréfié en Italie et infusé avec des machines à piston Vittorio Arduini ainsi qu’avec les classiques Bialettis.
A stand-up coffee place.
Caffettiera (moka coffee pot in italian) is a 90’s inspired Italian bar located in Montreal’s Golden Square Mile. For Italians, the “bar” is where one goes to take a break from the day.
Our espresso is roasted in Italy and brewed from shiny Vittorio Arduini Lever machines as well as classic Bialettis.

Amazing coffee, pastries & good service! They had milk options & prices around $4-5.50 per drink. A few sit down tables but it was very busy. I liked that it was a local cafe & it looked like the owners were interested in genuinely serving their customers :) Just be aware: THERE IS NO DECAF!View more

To all Italians: lower your expectations. This place is far away from offering a good italian coffee or pastries. Not sure what geen paste was in the "cornetto al pistacchio" but it surely had nothing to do with Italian pistacchio. The same is true for the cornetto.View more

The line was long but it goes fast, the ham sandwiches are so damn good. I preferred the panini one & my husband preferred the croissant shaped one but seriously, you can't go wrong. I strongly appreciate the Luke's Diner vibe (no laptops) & the abundant seating. I'll be back.View more

I met the nicest barista named Mike! Very welcoming, attentive & good at his job! The coffee was amazing, I had a cappuccino & normally I find Montreal coffee very sour/acidic but they have a good blend! I also had the toast carabol (?) which was very tasty & made for a wonderful breakfast, although next time I might go for one of their delicious looking pastries! The cafe has a lovely atmosphere, very dynamic & open to conversation! I would highly recommend going!View more
